u can motion blur and the i wont have to go sat/hue to get the colour out, it looks exactly like pencil or pen with motion blur

@bettymarie47 You can get just photoshop for a decent price. You dont have to have the full suite. Just shop around....Thats prolly the best advice I can give you.

@bettymarie47 You will need to photoshop. Im sure this may be possible one way or another in other software (maybe GIMP) but photoshop is the only one I know to recommend. |
